I found them when I was searching for an answer to my question to see if I could answer it myself.
I'd suggest you go to the marketplace in this forum and search for facebook accounts or facebook ad accounts. Or whatever it is you want the accounts for.
I found new and aged accounts and also ad and marketplace accounts fairly easily.
Just couldn't find a reason why someone would pay for a new account when they could make their own almost free. Only the aged accounts made sense to me,
