If your creating 10+ accounts and sharing the same link you deserve a mass ban for being a dumb ass. It doesn't take much time to build separate sites and offer the same thing or at least offer something similiar to the niche your targeting. Just mask it and turn it into a blog if you need to. It might require more work but it's much better than losing all accounts especially if there large ones.
As for "what are they looking for" there is no "Set in stone" information in regards to this. It could be because all your pictures are clones, not been edited before uploads, unusual upload pattern, liking similar accounts across all accounts, mimicking accounts or just your overall content and links. If it was me and I saw too many connections between accounts id ban them both. Especially those promoting "fake" offers or promotions.
I sometimes get the "link blocked change it" message but I don't get a ban. I stop using one mobile download company because of this. Too many spammers on that network. I prefer to make my own custom landers and reel my audience in.
