What do i tell eBay where i get my items?

I want to call them up and ask for a higher limit but i heard they want to know where you get your items and if i say "China" they might be a little unease. My items don't have an origin brand (unbranded) and i know eBay will dislike this too. So if i tell them i get my items from a garage sale, etc...will they question the quantity? because of course you can't buy 100 of the same items from a garage sale lol so they might know i'm lying which will result in suspension or something.

The truth! There are lots of Chinese sellers selling china products and doing well.

If its a none brand item you shouldnt have a problem calling, as long as its not a big branded products or counterfeits you should be fine.
