I was busy making my first website and within the settings I found this, what exactly do I put in those areas? Thanks in advance for any feedback, I'm new to this so I don't really know what I'm doing.

Nothing. It's only if you have custom javascript you want to add to your site.

You can add your GA or Statcounter code there, or some ads, Footer copyright items or some other script you need

Yep. Those are for javascripts that is supposed to be SEO related, but you can also input header scripts for codes not related to SEO too! Saves the time from logging in to your cpanel if what you want to do is to only copy and paste a javascript code.

Note Google recommends that you put JS files in the footer instead of your header as the visible part of the page loads faster that way. And if Google recommends something, doing so will help you rank better.
