I think maximum BHW peoples do not believe in helping others. If you send them message also they will just answer that search in google.

Not trying to be rude or anything mate, but you need to know your shit pretty damm well.

1. You need to have a pretty darn good knowledge about servers, linux, Data Centers, ARIN and also some legal knowledge.

2. You have to find someone that is going to give you C classes to turn into proxies, and one that hasn't been abused already.

So yea if you lost me, probably a good idea that you read up on it before you put the idea into action.

Why not get a wholesale/reseller agreement or be someone's affiliate to get a feel for it? Then you'll have any idea as to the customer support load you will have to service?

Can you answer below question:

1) We need VPN or Dedicated Server for this???
2) Do all VPN or Dedicated server support proxy hosting?
3) Do we need squid or tiny proxy?
4) How we will divide c-class ip to d-class, so we can give clients d-class ip?
5) How many C-class ip usually provider can provide? do they charge extra for that?
6) How we will know VPN or Dedicated server are virgin?
7) What will be minimum investment for this?

thanks guys it help me a lot

Running the proxy business is not easy (and expensive) compared to web hosting business.

You need to know real deep networking related technical stuffs very well, as well as dealing with blacklisted subnet IP blocks.

It's best for you to stick to experienced proxy providers who can help you for your proxy needs -for a price - or acquire the successful private proxy provider's business.

Hope it helps.

You'll need a good sized VPS or dedicated server with lots of IP addresses to begin with. If possible, it would be better to start with several of them in different countries.
