What do I need to do to keep google from asking me for phone verification?

I was wondering what might be tipping google off the the fact that I'm making multiple accounts.
I've got WebRTC blocked, sending random browser fingerprints, and a different font profile.
I'm using a different vpn server each time, so the IP is different.

Is they seeing my MAC address?
Is there a particular reason I would need to use proxies as opposed to a VPN to change IP?
What gives?

You can use your phone as a hotspot, if you live ofcourse in the country you need the IP from. Or else you use a 4G proxy. I would say try it out.

I def will. Thanks. That was my next shot.
The main reason I asked this question first tho is that I was curious as to why everyone on here uses proxies as opposed of VPN servers to simulate IP/location.
I imagine there's a perfectly good technical reason for this, I'm just not up on it.

Yes, a VPN simulates an datacenter. 4G simcard hotspot simulates like a phone.
