Yea, some people said the better option is to create my own niche tube. I think i Will do, and create a lot of backlinks. I want to try to automate my content uploading scrapping other tubes. But, do you know where i can get legal content? (Some CPA that provides me free content, or something like that..) thank you in advance dude

You're going to have to pay if you want legal content. I remember there was a JAP (cant remember the name) network that provided some videos but that wouldn't be enough to build out a tube site on.
Like park3r said, you should get some offshore hosting that ignores DMCA, use a disclaimer, try to get the videos hosted outside of your site, don't use any of your real information when buying a domain/hosting.

And how can i buy a domain/hosting without using my real info? I thinked to use some VPN, but if i have to put my PayPal or something... So, where can i buy my domains and hosting using cryptos? Or where can i get false credit cards? or something like that.

Correction: Porn reupload to porn tubes is really hard to do nowadays.
The concept of slapping your website/affiliate link onto an image or video and sharing it will always work. It all comes down to where you share it.
