I got banned from adwords months ago for I have no idea.. was running fine for almost a year , always passed their BS reviews then one day they ban me... but anyway.. I'm moving soon so I figured i'd be able to get back on with a new account after. I'll have everything new:

1. New address
2. New domain / website
3. New IP / ISP
4. New bank account / billing info

Do I need to format my hard drive? do they have any kind of cookies or tracking they use on your system?

Use Cloud Hosting with Dedicated Server(Digital Ocean)
