I have not earned to invest any real money with FileIce $ 30 and now I want to invest money and earn real money! But what I need? Pva YouTube accounts and then? Hosting and domain? Or Views from Fiverr? Or social bookmarks? Proxies? Please give me some tips.

PVA YT accounts for sure
Private proxies are must have, each YT account = 1 proxy
hosting and domain is good to have, but for the start you could do fine with free hosting as well
Views/likes/comments/shares/subscriptions are must have for ranking videos - you can get them from a paid provider, or for free with exchange systems like enhanceviews, u2bviews, youlikehits...

You can use VPN services instead of private proxies for now.

yes, they are important, because if you use same IP for multiple YT accounts and one of the accounts get in trouble all accounts will eat the ban hammer.. therefore all your work is gone in a second..

Of course they are, Google will ban all your accounts if you use the same IP with all accounts, is a huge footprint you have to avoid.

there are couple of great providers in the "proxies for sale" section here. Go there, read reviews and prices and buy some proxies

That's not true, proxies aren't a must. I never used proxies or pva accounts and I'm earning money with PPD.
I make my accounts w/o phone verification and I use my dynamic IP all the time and my accounts last around 2 months. (depending on the niche)
You also should take in note that your videos will eventually get banned!
Only thing you should buy are RV (retention views). You can get them cheap on the forum
Likes, comments and favorites are easy to get for free via EnhanceViews, ShareYoutubeVideos, AddMeFast, U2B Videos etc...

you must not do anything stupid and against the TOS of the PPD company, so that the PPD owner will ban you for

well, bro you are on dynamic IP which replaces the need for proxies for you, but most people are on static IPs and need proxies.

because putting many videos under same account will only make you loose them all, once one of them get in trouble

Invest in some bot + PVA accounts. Landing page can be hosted at free hosts.

I have started PPD a week ago with cleanfiles.net... with a blogger blog, a fake gamehack and a fake facebook account...
already made 17$
will be scaling it up as soon as i get time

the deal with the vpn is that you might not be able to connect to same IP each time you need to visit the particular account and after couple of logins with different GEO locations you will be required phone verification

as about how many videos per account, there's no golden rule.. just spread them evenly between different accounts, according to how many videos you are uploading..
