What do I do?

Okay, so I bought 500 likes from a person not from this forum, he promised to deliver the likes within 1-3 days, but now 5 days are up and everytime I ask him he says "It will be done by today". Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. I made a negative comment on his thread, well anyone would do it if the service wasn't given in the promised time, no, he isn't apologizing at all, all he's telling me to remove the negative post from it? What do you guys suggest I do? Thanks again.

Give him a set time - like 3 days. If not completed, demand refund. If he won't refund, file a dispute.

Yeah but the thing is everyday I ask him to give me the likes he says it'll be done by today, the least I could expect from his side is to give me a date and deliver as promised, but I don't really think he's going to give me the likes really. I gave him 2 days extra time than what was promised. I told him it had to be done by 9/9/13 (the final date) I've also done deals in the past where I got around 800 likes within 5 days itself, so I think he's just bullshitting me. I bought it from him on 9/4/13, he told me it would take 3 days maximum, now that I made a negative post on his thread he's asking me to remove it. He's clearly wasting my time and I don't like it when some one does. So I just filed a dispute right away, he's not even apologizing for the delay, or anything really.
