What do I do?

Okay, so I bought 500 likes from a person not from this forum, he promised to deliver the likes within 1-3 days, but now 5 days are up and everytime I ask him he says "It will be done by today". Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. I made a negative comment on his thread, well anyone would do it if the service wasn't given in the promised time, no, he isn't apologizing at all, all he's telling me to remove the negative post from it? What do you guys suggest I do? Thanks again.

You should first report him to a moderator on the forum and or notify him that you intend to open up a Shit List thread for failure to deliver. Be sure to talk to a moderator before opening up a SL thread and also be sure to read the rules of posting in the SL first.
