I've got 1000+ wordpress posts I've created sitting in draft format, that all use similar content but with different data. Each post is basically data on a product, with just a unique description, title, and data. What would be the best way to publish these to not get penalized? Would doing all 1000+ in one shot be risky? Anyone have experience with this? I could drip feed them doing a few everyday but that would take a year.

The blog itself is on a relatively old domain that's been in the niche for years, but the content of the site has recently changed to a wordpress blog so it's only a month old content.

Anyone with experience doing something similar would be greatly appreciated.

You can publish those in bulk, no need to worry.

    Cheers

What can happen? Imagine this is a shop, and shops when launch publish all their hundreds or thousands or whatever item pages all at once.

You can also easily dreep feed it with a simple plugin (dont remimber the name) and limit to x post a day or week or month.

As bignose said its no different to setting up an eCommerce store, i have multiple eCommerce stores and 2k plus posts were made on day one for each site. Never had an issue.

As everyone said already, it's natural. I would still keep a couple to post them regularly just to make it look content fresh. Or if you have other ones "on the way", you can publish all and add others later.

wordpress allows you to schedule your posts, so you can do that yourself or with a very simple plugin. just search for schedule posts in the free plugin search field and you will get a list of available ones.

I am nerdy about these things, so for me, unless its a product selling site, I tend to want it to look like a human was not only writing the content but also publishing the content. That way when people look at the posts they see that there aren't 1000 all in one day. Of course, if you aren't posting date information it doesn't matter. I only do that for authority sites though, because I want everything about them to look real and human.

This is the other point. If you schedule some of these posts over the next couple of months spread out, you will have fresh content for the engines more often, not creating another long gap in fresh updated content .

Are these really going to help you in any way or would it better for you to get unique content for each of your product pages which would obviously take a while but give better results?
