Yesterday i was checking one of my affiliate accounts and found that $1500 was taken from the payout i will receive next week, i contacted my AM and he said it's due to chargebacks. It is close to 10% chargebacks which i think is a very high number.
I have never faced this situation before except with clickbank but the % was always very low.
So how do networks do in this situation and what should i do? Do you think they are doing this to me for another reason?

I do a lot of diet but that situation isn't for a diet product.

They are reducing it from your account when customers chargebacks. Because advertisers are not confirming these sales. But maybe some networks can transfer your sales to their publisher accounts like there is a publisher who is generating these sales. To detect this, talk with your network and tell them that '' there is a lot of chargebacks, i never experienced this situation with other advertisers. I am going to talk with them. '' if they get any panic after than this, you know what happend.

Can what your promoting be ordered and collected by customer? I notice from a certain appliance I get a lot of declined sales because they offer the facility for people to order online and go collect and pay for item in shop. This means a lot of people order, I get credited the sales, but then they never go to shop to collect.

This should not be your issue,

As an affiliate your duties end when you send the lead. Whether that lead is retained or not is the responsibility of the advertiser. Are you on revshare? No? Then it's not your problem. I would find yourself a new Network that pays a straight CPA; if you are sending good quality traffic (high rebill percentages) then you have many options out there.
