Maybe you can figure out what i did wrong.

Tier1 = I built with SENuke ( web2.0 pr5+). I linked pointing to my sites with 3 different kws.

Tier2 = I built with SENuke ( web2.0 pr5-). I linked pointing to my web2.0 (tier1) with 3 different kws. Each page of content, I place 4 random link of web 2.0 (tier1).

Tier3 = I use bookmarking module and rss to link tier2.
What did i do wrong ?

Why do you think you did something wrong?

How many second tier did you point to each first tier eg 5 web 2.0's for each 2.0 in the first tier... So if you had 5 first tier, you would have 25 second teir.

Now you need xrumer,AMR or SB blast to the second tier...

How many link tier1 I can place in each article ?

Maybe you didn't do anything wrong. When did you do this run? You need to wait at least a week to see any SERP movement. In some cases, it might come quicker but the general rule of thumb is to at least wait until all the properties get indexed.
