I used a large monitor and a wireless mouse + keyboard with a linux laptop for some time, it helped with the eyes. also the computer glasses (they helped a little) and I sat on a chair with no back to force myself to use my muscle to sit straight.

I have a dual monitor setup, MacBook Pro 16", MacBook Air Early 2015, MSI Gaming Laptop, an iPad Air, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone X, an Android phone, Magic Trackpad, and a wireless keyboard.

Recently bought the dual monitor setup and totally love it.

Tip: your eyes will hust if you're dehydrated or you don't protect them enough. I have glasses with something that protects me from the blue light from computers and work like a charm
