What determines scraping speed on instagram? Is it software, CPU, internet, i honestly dont have an idea?

I just watched a video online about scraping! Yes internet matters because the faster it is, the faster you can increase the speed. If your internet is slow, you will have to slow down the scrape time. Internet speed matters.

Is it the main factor or some of the computer components take the huge part as well?

How software is configured and how fast is your internet.

If you're only using 1 thread then CPU shouldn't matter much.
