what design service am I looking for

Hey all, built a complicated website for my new business. Its eCommerce so full of mysql, forms, menu's postcode search. All bells and whistles.

However we are not professional designers. So quite simply we nee it to have a better appearance.
What kind of service do I require for these works as it is design but not complete design, and is there anyone you can recommend.
