I'm trying to find info on just what defines an 'illegal' warez site? Concensus seems to be that it it termed illegal if you are actually hosting the files in question. Linking to warez seems to be a legal grey area.
But basically why I'm asking is because I'd like to create a new website that involves warez/passwords/torrents etc. I would use something along the lines of Blackhat Codebreaker so ppl would have to fill in a CPA offer to then access the link to whatever movie/tv show/ password they are attempting to find.
The files in question would be located on other servers including torrents/usenet and rapidshare. Even if I include a disclaimer etc would this sort of site be able to be hosted in the States or do I definately need to go offshore hosting?
