Would like your oppinion on this. But let me give you some of my quality criterias:

    - Embedded into "above the fold"
    - Embedded into relevant content to target site
    - Quality content.
    - Content with media / images.
    - Long Contend
    - "Long Anchors", eg phrase, url, etc.
    - HIGH UR+10/DR+45 Values (thats like TF 77 for you guys)
    - High RD / IP Sites
    - Quality Backlinprofile of Site
    - "overall look of site"
    - expectation "how deep the site could be" down the
    - balanced outbound domain count : RD of /
    - low OBL onpage
    - ability to rank top100 for keyword

    MAYBE:
    - might send referall traffic (blogcomments would do in that case too...)

    NOT in list:
    - "Niche relevant domain"

Sure I missed some. Will edit them later..

    What are YOUR criterias?

i guess everyone does everything differently but I always get 100 high quality profiles shorteners social accounts etc nofollow/******** - overall anything from high quality domains, mainly to homepage with naked url or branded. then i blast everything to make sure it stays in index.

and these links I consider quality as they should bring authority to the domain while I also need link juice. They wont bring link juice and theres no point in spamming them too much/wasting link juice on them as they might get removed whenever.

for link juice I create webs (normal and expired) with perfect onpage seo that target same keywords I do and try to get them on pages 1-3. if they are expired then thats much easier.

(i also blast my webs with profiles etc and other webs i mentioned before to bring some authority to them)
