deathbycaptcha can't detect lower and upper case letter so using shanibpo

Entirely depends on the sites and captcha method. DBC is good for the simple stuff, but you need manual or proper OCR recognition services (not cheap) for the better captchas. There are guys here who offer leased OCR solutions.
