On a daily basis. Just get Crypto.com or Binance card and pay for everything with crypto=>dollars directly bro.
Also there's no shortage of ppl on Localbitcoins that will cashify your crypto, and withdrawing from exchanges to a bank is as easy as ever (bearing in mind all 3 of these groups profit any time they help you cashify too so they have the incentive to provide their services).
+ you can directly liquidity stablecoins with their parent companies, although I've never bothered doing that bc why would you.
