What crypto trading platform is SAFE?

Hi. i use bitfinex to trade bitcoin, etherum, iota and others small coins and I heard that this platform would be scam. It is really true? I have withdrawn a fairly small amount last month around 250$ without problems. I searched on google "bitfinex scam" and found a lot of bad things about bitfinex and i dont know what to do.. do you think bitfinex will fall in the future? What platform to choose?

I use Poloniex. A lot of big traders I watch on youtube use it. I haven't been scammed yet.

I heard mix reviews about them.

They don't have much of a support team, so make sure you send your btc to the right wallets.

The margin trading section is pretty good, with 2.5x leverage on several coins.

Every exchange has a crapload of bad and good stuff said about it. People will slam the exchange if one thing goes wrong, even if it's the users fault. No exchange is without bad press and nightmare stories of latecy, lost earnings, limited withdrawals, etc.

That said, there are millions of people using every exchange and everyone is going to have a different experience. You just have to pick one and go for it which it sounds like you did in Bitfinex.

Are all exchanges the same? No of course not. But compare features and maybe do small trades on an exchange to see if you're comfortable with it. I agree it's tough to know which is best, but this answer will vary for everyone and depends on what country you're from.

Regarding support teams, I don't think people realize the quandry the exchanges are in.

They are all dealing with a massive influx of new customers on a daily basis and to rapidly scale your operations is a difficult proposition, that few companies end up doing well.

Expect delays in support team replies. They are dealing with more information and requests than they can handle.
