What cpm company to choose

I see a lot of reviews about different companies but would really someone here to recommend me some good from their experience.
I have few game sites

One is getting round 800k pageviews per month
second round 200k per month
and third round 120k per month

And traffic is increasing whole time

So if anyone can recommend me some good cpm company to work with it would be nice, I mean on banner based ones not popunder or popup

not sure though am not using analytics on it but StatpresVisitors plugin for wp (not counting bots and logged in users)
it shows 5,5k-8k+ daily visitors (that is the biggest one )

Do you have an idea how much you are looking to get per impression?
Do you have any metrics on your conversion and click rates?

i was thinking about at least 1,2-1,5 cpm as some standard when i was checking as i saw that top ones are providing up to 4$cpm (edomz) for example
but i still didn't got reply from any of those (regged like 12h ago so am still waiting)

as for conversions i know am getting round 500+ views on offers, aprox 150+ clicks and aprox 10% convert rate from that

I can forget eDomz as they now only approve for popunders
