I've set up a Minecraft niche site in English. I tried to do a survey (US offer) by myself because I wanted to see how it's done. CPAGrip says that people just have to type their eMail and Address to complete the survey but if you try to do the survey you will always be redirected to another page and on some point you have to type your credit card or other stuff... So the surverys I tried to do were really really weird and I didn't get any survey done so I can't imagine someone else will do this.
