How can you say that they don't have offers for USA? I've been with them for about 2 years or so, and their US offers converted better than other CPA networks that I tried. You should talk to your AM about this. They are the best imo.
U dont have to verify your domain. For your phone just send them a PM. They have a thread here and are active marketplace.

CPAGrip has a lots of USA offers and their payment system in good. Why don't you try Maxbounty or Peerfly? Also Youtube monitize with AdSense is now great for USA viewers. You may able to get $1 to $5 for each 1000 views.

First, on CPAGrip you must finish completing your account, you have two warning on left menu,fix them,then you will get few offers for US, after you sent some traffic(few days) you will receive more offers.

CPA Lead are quite low for the last 6 weeks. I am seeing some very disappointing numbers from all networks in general but CPA Lead are on the bottom for August. Somewhere around July 20th things got bad with all the networks, As for my account I am seeing some great US offers being pulled from AWM and CPAGrip. CPA Lead are left out of the mix till they sort a problem where they say an offer pays some amount and they actually credit you less. If you have legit niches Adscend Media and Peerfly are a nice try. I have some great results with WH niches, but ACM and PF are not for BH, you will get banned very quickly.
