What CPA network are you currently using? (2015)

MGCash. Nice and blackhat friendly too and good payouts and lots of great marketing tools. Im also with cpaleads and peerfly but those two have not been that successful for me, while MGCash rules.

I would also be interested. Personally I use peerfly, but haven't yet found a good way to earn with CPA offers.
 
AdWork Media, since a long time ago, and they're one of the most professional networks. Kudos to them.

This is for account verification only. Many networks ask about phone verification , id etc. And if you want to get paid you will use your real name in payment details any way.
 
Maxbounty, MGCash, PerInstallCash, CrakRevenue and many smaller ones like ShareCash and Clickbooth seem to be the best options available for Cost Per Acquisition.
