I seen this site http://www.entrepreneur.hostoi.com they have some weird ad thing that pops up when you mouse over the highlighted text.
Has anyone had experience with this service//know how to signup

The ad provider is call Kontera. You can find them at Kontera.com. This type of advertising is often referred to as "In Text Advertising"
