Has anyone ever tested to what gets tracked as click as far as eBay Listing Analytics are concerned? I am like 70-80 clicks off where I need to be based on top 5 results for a keyword I'm targeting according to the Listing Analytic tool. I know eBay says you have to get a click from a search results page, it isn't just a direct visit to your products link.

But what I don't know are a couple things such as:

    • Does the click need to come from someone who is logged into an eBay account?
    • Does the search need to take place at the eBay homepage or could I have someone copy and paste the full eBay search result URL in their browser and click-through from there?
    • Could I just use somewhere like Fiverr to have someone behind a bunch of proxies visit the eBay direct search URL and click?

And stuff like that in general really? Just curious if anyone has much experience with this, testing it, and so on. I am doing my own testing of course, but would just love to hear others experiences to confirm or challenge my results.
