What Content Gateway to Choose?

I believe I have 3 options.

CPA Lead:
Reputable
Great Interface
Bad Payouts/Conversions

AdscendMedia:
Semi-reputable (heard some bad things)
Lame interface, not much in tracking options or flexibility of the gateway
Slightly higher payouts than the previous network

BlackHat Codebreaker (Variant):
Can use any network and offer
Much higher payouts than the previous networks
Allows maximum flexibility and tracking options
Poses the very big risk of not getting paid due to breaking network tos

I don't understand why you can't choose. I mean its simple. This is a blackhat forum, so why would you ask a question like this?

Everyone will tell you to use BlackHat Codebreaker because it is the smartest and the best one to use. For instance, if you just use a simple email/zip submit you will probably have more people that will do it to see your content and you will probably get a very good conversion rate, lets say 1:1. Well to make sure your not gonna get into trouble, take it off for a couple of days or send some fake traffic to it so its at 1:10 or some shit.

There will be differing opinions. Personally I don't like the feeling of not knowing if I'll be paid or not.
