Jet black can easily get scratched, so I would go with matte black

I'd answer by saying "whatever color case you prefer" because you want it to match the case you like. Go pick a good case out and choose the phone that looks best in it.

I do not prefer a color in an IPhone. I simply choose not to like IPhone. A Windows Phone, which new ones in the $500 range are coming shortly, I prefer black on black.

I would suggest the Red one but it's not in your list so go for silver or gold coz the black ones have issues in terms of scratches and chipping.
