What code should i create and add to an html page so that i can run .exe files from within a protected directory with a browser, hosted on VPS linux/unix ?

You need a Windows VPS to do that. Linux/unix can't run exe files.

Yeah i know but i'm trying hard as hell to find something for none Windows boxes lol !

Oh yeah while at it, what Windows server d you recommand ?
Dirt cheap to start with. In fact, the cheapest one i could get my hands on (to test applications only)
As all i got are dedicated and VPS with linux/unix
