What CMS/Theme is This? Or Closest Suggestion.

I'm looking at two websites and I really like the general layout of them. One is http://lcdbuyer.com and the other is http://buymyscreen.com

They both look very similar. Does anybody know the CMS they are using or one that would be similar. Also, I would like to have the functionality that BuyMyScreen has (being able to add LCD's to cart, checkout system and ability to register/login).
