I think its custom - well kind of, there is a picture of a chilli pepper or something on the login page next to the copyright - "copyright 2009 Cognatecreative.com" - on cognative creative under products there is one called hotsauce which is a plugin based portal system and it has a chilli pepper logo! - so i presume that the site is built with that. Ahhh I should work for CSI or something.
