Symfony is the PHP framework. It's not a content management system.
This site was built custom (with the Symfony framework) and doesn't have a CMS.

If you want to just download the code for the "index card" you mentioned, you can grab it with some software (provided its all front-end stuff) to pick through and modify it. Here's what I recommend:
