What CMS doodstream is using?

There are ton of website similar to doodstream.
The way it works is users upload videos and then they embed it to their website, and doodstream show a hell of ads and pops on those embeded vids.
I am wondering is there any CMS for running a platform similar to doodstream?

I am not sure what they use but I bet it cost a ton of money to operate each month due to how many ppl upload videos each month on their servers.

Doodstream uses a custom-built CMS for video hosting.

There are some video hosts that use pre-made scripts. These hosts tend to die after a month. The only ones that I see succeed custom-build their script themselves.
