what causes bitcoin price up and down?
Of course, i think if there is demand there is a rise.
But I don't think it applies to bitcoin or I am wrong?

Universe expands, so does fiat in circulation. It has always been this way. However I'm selling BTC and all crypto, it's becoming too big for it's own good, people are buying it for wrong reasons and unrealistic returns expectations. When you see people cheering for 5-10% daily returns while economy revolves around few % per year , it's time to step away, shake off madness and avoid painful decline. I'll be back when it starts behaving like it should, with retracements, and more importantly people who lose money in the market. Market where everybody wins every day is a fairy tale.

Whales.

Whales control everything, they are predominantly institutional investors, early adopters with huge holdings and miners.

They have a vested interest in:

a) making the movements of the crypto market seem relatively somewhat logical.

b) making the movements of the crypto market seem potentially profitable for retail traders (just like slot machines do).

c) weaponising psychology against other traders at a massive scale.

d) protecting their positions and the positions of other whales in order to collaborate and have the 1% of traders consistently beat the other 99%.

Anything that happens in the market, it's being done by bots controlled by investors that own millions and millions of dollars or crypto/funds to buy crypto. They want to fuck with your head as much as possible with everything they do.

Supposed to be based on what's available to be mined in theory supply and demand.. But largely is moves due to pump and dump media tactics from people who hold bitcoin, tout it.. watch it go up and then dump it over and over and over

Anyway, beware people, articles today will be bullish, and some of them will tell you how price action today is very different from 2017 bull run. If you decide to stay in, ditch the hopium oxygen tank. As soon as it starts going down, you will keep hoping for that ATH price to get out, your risk management will be blurry, and pain tolerance/ stop loss will distort and before you know it, profit is gone.

It's very simple - people are buying and selling it, that's why the price moves.

The reason why they buy or sell is a different question.

It's so simple
Just follow my moves
When i buy the market goes up
When i sell it goes down
