What Can You Use SAPE Links For?

@babypar Can we use SAPE for YT ranking?

Yes, I have worked with a guy who regularly runs campaigns for new product launches and YT is his main ranker, he uses my SerpRule links to rank his vids.
I have also had other clients who usedd it for their YT, Vimeo etc. campaigns as well

Was it done directly to a youtube or through a 301?

It was direct, although there were some campaigns with 301 redirect. Both were successful, so there was no noticeable difference

Yes they're dangerous for money sites.
Yes, it's risky.
Can someone verify, they're basically hacked sites with your link inserted?
No, of course :)
Webmaster get chunk of php code with his/her ID and insert it into his/her own site code.
The SAPE control panel allow to be aware, which links on your site present, it's perfectly transparent.
I still think they don't do shit lately. Non contextual links, off topic niche relevancy, bad words in neighbourhood
Yes.
The stable ranking was now gone. Site got deindexed.
That's probably in my opinion.
I don't imagine any sane webmaster who shall sell that type of links from his pages.
Actually a lot of strong sites in Russia sell. Country specific feature. It's considered normal.
IMO Sape is quite convenient system with functional interface and broad opportunities. It's affordable for specific purposes.
But keep in mind next points:
1. High probability of information leaks, by political causes too (but I suspect that search engines have information about this, and they know about our sites).
2. Unstable political landscape in Russia, that could lead our sites to collapse someday.
