$5k a month on a full $200k amounts to a 30% return, even if you discount it by half to account for various risks (FX, fluctuation etc) 15% risk weight return a year. Seems quite high to be honest.
I'm a bit skeptical, but happy to be proven wrong if you've actually done this first hand or just heard word of mouth

Valuation depends on business type.

It's not easy to buy a business. A lot of people lost money because they bought the wrong businesses or paid too much for them.

nope not trading, but investing in up and coming crypto projects with good fundamentals. That will FLY when the market starts pumping.
Imagine buying Amazon stock during its inception. You can do similar with crypto Tokens.
There are a lot of hidden gems out there that will pump hard. But you must do proper research.
Depending how risky you want to invest, the riskier the greater the returns the safer the smaller the returns.
Safe Plays: BTC, ETH,
Low-Medium risk: AVAX, DOGE, DOT, MATIC, SOL, BNB
