What can you do with 200k$?

Which countries is this possible/legal for westerners and non-residents?
Can do in countries like Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, etc can hook you up with related legal works and even the purchase deal to match your requirements since now many hotel/villa owners

you can buy a franchise for sale, like McDonalds

you make 100k a year

Hi all
Tell me which project can be opened with 200k
I want to earn 10-20k per month
Partner up with me/my team.
Initial Cap of about 6 to 8 thousand, and your end quarterly should be somewhere ball park figure of 5-9 thousand (progressively, over the span of a year up to maybe high 5-figure sums).

I consider this ROI to be very attractive.

You could lease a property in a popular expat destination country like Thailand, then rent it at higher rate than your lease.

Spend $20k on land.
Build a Greenhouse with all the add-ons.
Grow weed => $$$
I wish how I can get some cash to implement on real estate and also build authority websites + adsense and lastly I will go into e-commerce drop shipping and after some years create my own brand e-commerce website and build it

Create a startup or make a business in your hobby field (if you have one)

The bullrun is in effect. Diversify your portfilio and you will notice great returns. Remember to take Profits, rinse and repeat.

I would buy a business rather than starting from scratch.

I looked at businesses on flippa
A site that earns 7 thousand dollars a month is sold for 1 million 400 thousand dollars
This is silly

With 200k$ you can buy 2-3 good villas in 3rd world countries and rent it for $50/night.
You wont make $10k-$20k/month but $4k-$5k is archivable
$5k a month on a full $200k amounts to a 30% return, even if you discount it by half to account for various risks (FX, fluctuation etc) 15% risk weight return a year. Seems quite high to be honest.
I'm a bit skeptical, but happy to be proven wrong if you've actually done this first hand or just heard word of mouth

I agree with you.

Valuation depends on business type.

It's not easy to buy a business. A lot of people lost money because they bought the wrong businesses or paid too much for them.

I can get 15 percent a year by putting money in the bank

are you talking about trading?
nope not trading, but investing in up and coming crypto projects with good fundamentals. That will FLY when the market starts pumping.
Imagine buying Amazon stock during its inception. You can do similar with crypto Tokens.
There are a lot of hidden gems out there that will pump hard. But you must do proper research.
Depending how risky you want to invest, the riskier the greater the returns the safer the smaller the returns.
Safe Plays: BTC, ETH,
Low-Medium risk: AVAX, DOGE, DOT, MATIC, SOL, BNB

im not a financial advisor, these are my 2cents
