What can Job Leads be used for?

I was searching for Leads related threads on BHW and came across a few that talk about Job Leads.

Can anyone tell me what can be promoted to job leads and why they have been in demand for the last few years?

If you could throw some light on email + phone promotional opportunities, that would be highly appreciated.

I get that paid resume services can be offered. Some of which may be recurring monthly. Paid job search services can be offered with monthly recurring fees as well.

But that does NOT seem right to warrant $150+ for a thousand leads.

What am I missing?

I guess Work From Home leads would do well too...Is that the key ingredient I am missing?
 
Work from home traffic is not the same as those who are looking for a job.

People market work at home offers to these leads, but i wouldn't expect much from it as these people are looking for a job, not some shit they have to pay for.

The right job cpa offer converts. Grant offers might convert, i don't know.

The right CPA offers I've seen pay out at $1.50ish. How does that warrant paying $150 for a thousand email leads?

Only thing I can be wrong about is the CPA payout or I am still missing a key ingredient.
 
My rationale is that phone numbers always increase the value of a lead. Simply because most sizeable buys, and consequently sizeable payouts, involve selling at a more personal level than emails. Phone calls can do that.

What I don't get though is how phone calls can help with job leads...
 
There are some ebooks and websites with affiliate programs that offer good and creative ways to make your CV stand out. Not sure about the pay though.

Shareasale.com has a solid resume advertiser that should convert better than most similar clickbank offers. Can that justify paying $150 for a thousand email leads?
 
shouldn't job leads also qualify as great payday loan leads? especially if you have their phone numbers, that might work very well. thoughts?
 
I actually buy job leads from time to time. They work great with the MLM company I deal with. It's all in the approach and how you offer (and follow through) to help them get going in the business and start making money. With MLM you are invested in the prospect. The more they make the more you make. It's win win.

a significant percentage of your returns comes from the layer of customer service and follow ups you are adding on top of the leads. for someone like us who are purely in the business of generating leads, investing that much time in non-lead generation activities might get tricky. if we do start generating job leads at any point in the future, will come knocking on your door to sell the leads...

Don't forget that investing in the customer service and follow ups can change a $1 or $5 lead into a lead that makes you well over $1,000.00+ in the first year. Possibly even $10,000.00+ for the lifetime of a single lead. Don't sell leads short ever.
