Each and every tool that is dependent on Yahoo site explorer API is facing this problem. Yahoo blocked bulk api access. That is the reason for this.

I think that's one of the reasons Market Samurai guys changed their provider to Majestic SEO. I also tell clients/friends to create reports in M.SEO instead of Yahoo Site Explorer because the latter will be shut down this year officially (not to mention its terrible accuracy rate).
