What can I do with targetted facebook uids

By using a tool I have scraped uids of certain targeted people. But what can I do with them? they are not email ids or username, i can't even search them on fb using uids.

you can create your own groups and invite them or use facebook ads manager and target them via there
 
its something you used to be able to do, i remember scraping a big list last year and doing that,
 
You can create niche accounts for marketing, depending on how many people you are talking about and what sort of targetting you are using, and you can search profiles by id just add the ID to facebook.com/(ID HERE) and you will see who the ID belongs there might be a lot of uses for that tool you talking about however all i can think of represents a lot of work :P
 
White Hat: Very targeted custom audiences to make ad campaigns for. Black Hat: Find a bot that will add those ids to a fake profile. Then either invite from said profile to fb page, or post stuff directly on the fake profiles timeline. Either way you will be spending money. You could do the second method manually, but that would be tediously slow.
 
From my understanding, you could:

1. Invite them to Like your Page
2. Use the Power Editor (only supported by Chrome browser) and target these IDs with ads
