What can I do with my twitter?

Okay hey everyone!
I lurk around these forums from time to time looking through peoples success stories and to see what's going on in the blackhat world, and I thought I'd just see if anyone can help me out.
I have a personal twitter with around 20,000 relatively active followers. A lot of them consider themselves 'fans' of me and even do things like show me drawings they did of me on my kik and BBM. Its nice and all but I really don't see the point if I'm not making the most of it.
So what can i do to start utilizing this account? Keep in mind I'm 100% new to basically all of this. Coming across the followers on this particular account was mainly down to luck and constant active posting.
Some things to note:
I don't really want to invest. But if it is a MUST I'll consider investing a little, maybe $50 at the VERY most. But i'd prefer not to until I see at least a little income first.
These followers usually engage with me, mentions retweets and favorites are common even on the more personal posts.
The niche is mainly generic popular teen bands (blink-182, paramore, one direction etc) and famous youtubers.
Nothing that will ruin my account. I don't really want to spam with affiliate links and stuff. I wouldn't mind advertising things but nothing too over the top that will push people away.
I don't care if it's 'frowned upon'
I have no website to push traffic too to sell products or anything, and I have no idea how to start things like that.

I also have a tumblr with 2000 followers on which I could use too.

You could post a few affiliate links or charge people for a tweet/post.

I know I wouldn't mind some exposure for my new websites, I'm sure others would feel the same.

You can make people charged for twitting.

Charge for tweets or drive traffic.

Just ask yourself why would somebody be willing to pay for a tweet? what would that tweet do for them. Make that tweet work for you.

People don't care about the followers part. When people buy tweets they should be looking st the account activity and how the followers favorite and retweet.
