I created a Pinterest account months ago and have been uploading T-shirt designs. I’ve never done any kind of promotion or activity related to Pinterest before — everything has grown organically. Is it possible to make money from this account? Thank you for your advice.

Yes, make a website, and start sending traffic there. Make listacles if possible and then apply to Mediavine or Adsense. You can also hook up amazon associates and add links in there. Not sure if you're going to make much on TShirt designs unless they're good but it's a hit or miss.

If your designs get views, you can make money by linking to a shop or using affiliate links. Just keep posting and make sure your descriptions help people find your pins.
