Hey guys,
Just looking for a bit of advice really- I recently built a few Amazon niche sites in decent niches but then started on a new business idea that is taking up all my time so I don't have time to do anything with them..

Would it be worth me trying to sell them? With a bit of SEO they could be profitable but I just don't have the time just now.. Would Flippa be an option? Obviously they aren't ranked and haven't earned anything yet but to someone who's really into Amazon it might be perfect, they even have hand spun web 2.0 articles as well!

Cheers..

If you think it's worth selling them, then go for it. You probably won't get much.

Alternative you could also just let them sit and 'soak' up some age so it will be easier to SEO them in the future.

I think it is best to leave them for a while (until you get some time on this again). Probably you won't get much for those sites, but in the future it may be usefull to you :)

Since the sites are not profitable yet, the buyers will look for your sites keywords, domain age, content, domain name and the site design.
The most important are the keywords, are they profitable market (product costs more than $200), Is your site built to target more than one profitable keyword in the niche.
Is the site content built to target those profitable keywords. Is the content will written and unique. ( 20 pages per site are good enough )
Is the site already ranking for those profitable keywords?
How hard the competition?

Above steps are what I ask myself before buying an amazon site.

If not, buyers will only get your keywords and build a brand new site :)

who will buy sites that doesn't make money.
write content for the site the start linkbuilding and then bank

See if you find someone who wants to work with you on the sites and split the profits....

Never did Amazon because it sounds like they have too many rules and so the following suggestions may not be allowed:

-iframe your lander on WEB 2.0 site and rank that
-build doorway on WEB 2.0 and cloak the redirect to your lander
-let the sites get some age but in the meanwhile build landers on WEB 2.0

Again, no idea if any of this is allowed.

I would say if you have put some work on it...give them some time and when you get time you can always start SEO for them.

If you are in rush to sell them, I can have a look and give you my prices..for them.
