What can I do with my 100 MBps internet?

Hi,
Greetings,

I have a fast fibre optic internet

But it is behind CGNAT and port forwarding is not possible

And also I dont have static IP or public IP

What activities I can do ?

The only good use is watching netflix and other platforms on a TV

But what service I can provide

I have an old WIndows 7 PC
and anotherr Windows 10 PC with 3GB graphics card

Can I use this to provide any service?

Also ISP may throttle my speed

I am short of ideas
regarding what activities to do with the internet

I also I have to monitor energy bills to keep any services running

Can I generate passive income?

Being behind CGNAT is a pain, but you can bypass it using Tailscale or Cloudflare Tunnels if you really want to host something.

With your specs, maybe try bandwidth sharing apps like Honeygain, but honestly, the profit might not cover your electricity bills. Since you have fast fiber, you're better off using it for freelance work or managing social media accounts instead of trying to provide a technical service with an old PC.
 
Sorry but with specs you mentioned above. There is almost no real passive income opportunity that is worth it.

Unless, you use YOU, like online freelance, ads, seo, etc
 
A fast connection by itself is not valuable for making money. You will need to figure out how to make use of it like the others said.

You're from India. If you're from an urban or semi-urban area, almost every other house has 100 mbps line.

I myself have 2 GPON boxes at home from 2 different ISPs one at a 200 mbps line and another a 500 mbps line and I pay about $10 a month for both.

So there's nothing special. Enjoy the speed and the streaming.

And for your income, learn and build a skill.
 
with CGNAT and no public IP, hosting services isn’t realistic, but your internet is still useful. you can focus on freelancing, content creation, online work, learning skills, trading, or running automation tools on your PCs. passive income is possible through things like blogging, youtube, or affiliates, but it’s slow and depends more on skills than speed. fast internet helps most when you pair it with something you know how to do, not on its own.
 
With 100 Mbps behind CGNAT, you can focus on cloud-friendly or outbound services like content creation, video streaming, remote freelancing, crypto mining on low power, or using your PC for AI tasks and rendering but running servers for public access isn’t feasible.
 
You can get free tier on Azure for a year and tunnel your IP through WireGuard if you need a public IP.
For passive stuff check out Honeygain or PacketStream, they pay for sharing bandwidth.
Also better install Linux on your PC if you want to earn passively from it and properly forward ports (In Linux it works better).
 
Use Cloudflare Tunnels to bypass CGNAT and see if you can use it as a proxy server or phone farm server.
 
A fast connection on its own doesn’t create value. The real difference comes from how you use it, as already covered above.
 
CGNAT kills hosting, so think outbound-only work

You can do scraping, automation, AI tasks, freelancing, remote jobs, content uploading

Or crypto testnets, passive income is unlikely, but side income is realistic if electricity is cheap
