What can i do with ID facebook user?

Hi all,

I have some IDs of facebook users. But, i don't know what can i do with them? And how can i do?

1. Invite those users to my fan page by ID? Can you do that? and How?
2. Request make friend by IDs? Can you do that? And how?

You can add people if you have their ID as you can easily go to their Profile page, but you can't invite them to a page unless you are friends with them.
