CPA offers, affiliate products, sales, there is so many different things you can do. I would do a search here on BHW and do some researching different monetization strategies you could possibly do to make some income with your database. Also learn copy and marketing techniques to so you actually get conversions and not just lose out on the potential of your list. All the best

Register on Sendgrid and test your emails first. Send out 100 emails for the test. and tell us the results.

I sent 100 emails to users. The results are in the screenshot. 97 were delivered, but only 5 were opened. However, I sent a test email to myself, and there was a problem: my email got into the "Promotions" tab in Gmail (almost all users in the database have Gmail accounts). Personally, I've never checked the "Promotions" tab before, and I assume most people don't either. What do you think?)

That list needs to be cleaned though it is not bad for spamming. 5% open rate is good enough my friend considering that your list is not optin.
Will you be able to create lots of accounts on sendgrid?

It's better if they're specific to a certain niche. Then you will know what you can sell to promote to them. Ideally it should be more specific than just "adult".

It's something in the email you are sending that is triggering this. It is most likely a word that tells google that this is a promotional email. In any case, what you are doing is not something easy. Google will sooner or later mark your emails as spam if you keep on sending so many emails. That's what happened to me too when I was very new to the IM Industry and sent a hundred emails. Emails started going to spam, got less than 4% open rate and no clicks
