If the site is ranking, and driving traffic, you can both monetize it properly and keep it to yourself to earn the revenue, or flip it for a lot more once it has some traffic revenue stats.

Micro niche sites are good but a lot of work. Maybe it's just me but I am still building my sites and I do not have any site making $200 a month yet.

I target pretty low competition keywords and am trying to go for number of sites rather than building up few sits. To me it's easier to get another domain for $9 and throw it in my server than to do more backlinking etc to make my sites bigger. It's different for different people.

As I said I'm still beginning and I've done KW research, got domains, currently building sites and hosting. Link building is the hardest and seems to take forever for me.

Niche sites are the best... especially if your just starting! My first site I had was a supplements ecommerce site! What what a mistake... tons of products, minimal margins and tough competition! I ditched that & started niche affiliate marketing a little over a year ago... best choice ever! Takes work to get going.. I had no idea what I was doing I just did it! My sites now make 500+ each month & I started 2 niche ecommerce site as well! It works you just to stay on it!
