What can I do with a good .xxx domain?

I have recently bought a very nice .xxx domain, it's an EMD that has 110.000 [exact] searches. Estibot valued my domain at $3000 but I feel it's worth more. Anyway, what should I do? Try and sell it for a few grands or develop something? :yield:

Domain estimating tools are the most retarded thing in existence. Every couple of weeks we have a client walk in with a stupid ass grin on his face talking about how "so-and-so domain evaluator" estimated their domain at $20,000 but they'd be willing to take half that even.

I have no idea idea what your domain is and maybe it is worth a lot, but in my experience the vast majority of those tools (and domains that people think are worth money) are not. I would try to develop something and get traffic to the site, if it is as powerful as you say then surely getting traffic and monetizing the site should be no issue at all

I'd highly recommend that you get it appraised in domainkaforum. And list it on the site for your domain to get a lot of exposure who knows you might even get much more than the evaluated price..
