I have 5000$ to invest, and i thought about start making money online.
Thought about buying a website or instagram page and grow it.
Any good ideas?

I would buy a JR VIP membership if I were you. Then I would sell semrush-canva pro.

It really depends on what you want to do. For seo, it's a decent budget mainly for links but you would need to do the heavy work by creating content yourself.

If you want to get started faster, you can try paid ads

Buy 10 domains, hosting, write 50 articles on each and make money from CPA/Affiliate (don't pay for articles, save money)
$5000 is enough for future SEO to try

You could potentially buy a website that is already monetized and get around 140-200$/m for that amount of money. Increasing the profits will always depend on the project/niche, so do some research beforehand.
